enviENERGY Studio provided LEED Certification and Energy Modeling project management services for 140 Kendrick Building A, the first net-zero, carbon-neutral office repositioning of this scale in Massachusetts. The scope of the renovation included full electrification, building envelope improvements, advanced energy recovery systems, mechanical system modernization, and the addition of on-site renewable energy generation.
