enviENERGY Studio provided LEED Certification and Energy Modeling project management services for the three building campus of Allston Labworks. 250 and 305 Western Avenue represent 585,000 square feet of mixed-use development and 535,000 square feet of Laboratory-Office spaces. 280 Western Avenue is comprised solely of residential units.
