Marcella Street project is a new all-electric residential development in Boston’s Highland Park neighborhood. The project is expected to consume at least 80% less energy than a code complaint house, and the solar PV array is expected to produce more energy annually than consumed, making the project net positive. The project consists of 12 homes which are being designed by Zephyr Architects. EnviENERGY Studio is providing Sustainable Design and Energy Positive Consulting services for this project.
