BUILT ENVIRONMENT PLUS - EMERGING LEADERS

Earlier this year, our team had a wonderful time hosting the Built Environment Plus Emerging Professionals, the energetic and dynamic leaders of tomorrow’s green building movement.

Built Environment Plus is a membership-based nonprofit driving the sustainable and regenerative design, construction, and operation of the built environment in Massachusetts and beyond.

Topics of discussion included some of the most important sustainable considerations in building design:

• Energy Modeling and Decarbonization

• Life-cycle Assessment

• Health & Wellness (Material Selection)

enviENERGY’s very own emerging leaders presented on the key components that are considered when calculating and developing an accurate energy model. These components include a parametric analysis, life cycle cost analysis, code compliance analysis, LEED EA optimize energy performance credit, decarbonization analysis, and utility rebate application.
