enviENERGY’s very own Principal and Founder, Samira Ahmadi, appeared as a guest speaker on the popular Design Development Podcast to talk to host, Rens Hayes IV, about how energy and sustainability requirements are changing the real estate game.

This requires project sites to reduce the energy load demand and source energy on or off site from renewable energy sources only. Passive House standards help significantly  when attempting to achieve this zero carbon - fossil fuel free future.
